Hiw do you make a tga. file a pk3?

i was wondering how i can make files pk3 for modding a skin..... can anyone help???

get [url=http://www.winzip.com:29558]winzip[/url:29558]

then just highlight and right click.
from the list pick add to zip then type .pk3 on the end of your file name
and that you done.
