How do you make a Sound mod?
 

I just got the BoB DVD set and I want to make a sound mod. Which programs do you use to make custom sounds?

The reason you haven't had an answer is cos it would take someone about half an hour to explain. It's not that complex but you need to get your head round how the PAK files work so go find a good Modding Guide.
