**NEW TOW MAP** TRACTOR WORKS-TOW RELEASED
My first TOW map is as done as it is going to be. I have added 5 TOW objectives to my slightly enhanced MP TRACTOR WORKS map.

I want to give LOTS of thanks to Chad at 3dchad.com for his scripting assistance and to the guys here at this site, namely the moderators for their continued support. PLEASE take a look and download this map. ALL serious constructive critisism is welcome. I don't think I'll remake any parts of it, but it is a learning experience, even for a 34-year old... and I've got 2-3 more maps in the works that are best suited for TOW play. A couple notes: 1. This map features ADVANCE spawn locations. Allies and Axis both have two spawn locations controled by the objectives. 2. Spawner trucks aren't showing destroyed models... clueless about why...one minute they work, the next not. DOES NOT affect play. 3. It IS a factory complex....the boring textures are realistic, sorry but no fancy eye candy there, just lots of destroyed details. 4. Climb around, lots of cool boxes to hide on, in and around. 5. IF I can figure out more on the BOTS work by JV, I'd LOVE to implement them into this map. We'll see. Thanks Simo... get everybody you know to DL it! freak: so that it'll show up on some servers. Cool or not, it's nothing till it's being played. The waiting is killing me. Guess I'm gonna have to consider setting up a server. ugh.

You may be interested to know Slyk, The Flugahfen map fix (the one that puts the tank over the get under map area) Stops respawning in your map.
I removed it, and everything is ok now. So come along and have a game. =975th= Clan. Server IP as per my last post. Splosh. |

Update.
This is weird. Sometimes ppl can respawn, most of the time they cant. Removing the map-fix sorted it for about 5 mins. We now have no files in our server other than default, yet still the problem persists. Help! S. |
I have no idea why the respawn would not work.........the .scr file has respawn set to 1......... I can't imagine why it's not working. Maybe another script error????????? I'll check it and get back to you. Thanks for the input.
