What name in this pak file should i rename?
bazooka.tik to colt.tik? Or something else?

well now that part is fixed. that one who shouse BAZOOKA on THE UNDERGROUND will not get any gun at all http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/wink.gif

But how can i talk to all players from my server? From my dedicated server. I know rcon doesnt work with demo version but if i sti with my machine that runnes this dedicated server. How can s pseak from it?

I have a realy big problem and that is. How do i get my Server to start a new map after the time or fragglimit has runned our?

And is there any way to set up so you can use some secial sort of weapon? Like Bazoka if teh admin whouldnt whant that.

Its about maprotation. When the time is out it should change map. Now it is only a DEMO and only have 1 map but anyway it should RELOAD this map and start a new game right away.

Oppsss.... i Forgot.

I also whoulder if i can make some settings in a server config file or so to disable 1 weapon (anyone)?
Like not use SHOTGUN or Bazoka or whatever. I just whana know.

There was a post that said it's possible to rename a weapon in the pak.file so that it would be replaced by the pistol in-game. It was done to the shotgun by renaming it something daft. http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif

Not in the demo afaik, but there'll probably be a server command for it in the final.

I don't like open-ended games either. MS CFS1 and 2 are the biggest examples of why games should be sealed, though it can't be denied that games like HL benefited hugely from third-party mods. If only there was a way to have legit mods allowed but the hackers kept out. Oh, there is! It's called Il2. http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif

The best, and from what I see, only solution for you is to visit MOHAdmin. They have lots of tutorials and other such things to help you learn all about running your dedicated server. As well as forums that are dedicated to that purpose alone.

I'm locking this thread before it becomes bash the n00b. Heh.
