Wee Man what did use to get the horizontal lines on there? I can figure that out for the life of me. Is it some sort of filter?

It could be a few of things:
1) the Halftone pattern stock filter (Filter > Sketch > Halftone Pattern) 2) a 3rd party filter plugin like Xenofex (which has a Television filter) 3) something else I have no clue about Zone |
the scan line filter that i have on my sig is called autointerlaced

I made a scan line effect but its not like Weeman and White rabbit, other different. Where can i get your white?
