uk camo airborne

Planet Medal of Honor has UK Camo Airborne for their recent Skin of the Week. I downloaded it, unzipped it into my main folder and it didnt work, same for my mainta. It is a .pk3 file, i know what its supposed to be. Did this particular skin not work for anyone else? Please let me know if the same thing happened for you.

Didnt work for me either.. the pak doesnt contain any .tik or.shader files, only the textures so it wont work.

Walker 03-06-2003 09:01 PM

Is there any way someone can fix that and get it to work?

Rico 03-06-2003 09:06 PM

Yeh it possible to do.. would be easier to e mail the guy and ask for the working file tho

you do not need tiki file or shader files the skin is disinged to replace an in game skin turn your tecxture compression off and you will see the skin in place of one of the other uk paratroupers.

nope it won't the model is only for SH, if you want that to show he would have had to include all the model files as well as it's not based on the esisting airborne

No problemo. Although that does work there is a much better way to have them working. What you should do is open the pak using pakscape, go to the texture location, open it, save it as a .dds and place in the same location as the other texture, save it and then play with texture compression on.

The .dds file means you can see the skin and still ahve texture compression on so not loose any quality. :)

(Texture compression OFF = Less quality in textures so keep it on if possible :) )
