the radio is for calling an airstrike. when you see the half-track, put on your binoculars and press the "fire" key. The radio calls up an airstrike. http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/wink.gif

it's only for the half-track. probably in the full game you get a limited ammount and you can use on anything.
