The picture I made in Paint Shop Pro is a .jpg and is under the size limits, but i try to upload it and it says... File Already Exisited Please Rename and Try Again... why?

just rename your pic you wanna upload (blabla.jpg)

in the database were you tried to upload your pic there probably is a name like your pic oOo:
