CUSTOMIZING THE AFTER DEATH QUOTES....HELP ON EDITING THEPK3
 

eatthis: Im trying to figure out how people change the after death quotes....from stock quotes like "blank" was shot in the head to....."blank was shot between the eyes" ...stuff like that...how do you go about editing the PK.3 file....where is it....which one is it....thanks

have a look in the tuts, i think pk.0.pk.6 or something

all that is is a localization.txt , every server should have 1 to set those properties. goes in global folder in main.
