First you need to have the console command in the target line of your shortcut.

Second, you need to be the host. If you are the host, just type 'kick playername'. If the name is too complicated, type 'status' and get the client number. Then type 'clientkick #'

There is also a mod out that there that you can have a vote kick.

WE need a option so the host can boot (and ban) people from the game!!! WE totally need that!!!
