Bush jus finsih talking and he said within 48 hrs, Saddam and his sons must leave or else.... What are the chances of Saddam doing that?? I would say 0%

Yes, but the important peice was that he said if they didn't comply, the US would be compelled to use military action AT A LATER TIME THAT WE SPECIFY. Meaning it could be 2 days, could be a week.
