What have I changed??? HELP please
 

Hi all.

I've been messing around as usual and messed something up. WHen I play a map with BOTs on they don't talk! They used to.. and STILL do on my mates machine.

DOes anyone know what setting or CVAR I've messed up? I'd rather not re-install or use another .CFG.
