Can anyone make luger skin or has someone already done so?
If they have what is the address where i can find it? any help would be useful.

quite possible there are hundreds of luger skins out there, just open your eyes and take a moment to look.
if you want a custom skin made now i suggest you give detail about what you want to be done, and some pics to follow along..

yeah thats most likely the best luger skin you will find........being guarnere`s skin. unless your looking for a model then we cant help you man.

i thought of it this way....if i was just a mod for the mms section....i could have a voting system....on Skin of the month...and you guys can vote every month on a kind of skin you want me to make...i thought that'd be kinda cool

The skins look really cool, but for authenticity, you'd need to change the skelmodel. I'm not really up-to-date on what's possible in that respect, but you'd want something that looks more like this;

very nice brutal, I'm using G's now (also known as "The man of 1000 sigs" oOo:) but would love to have that 1 to switch them around from time to time

Actually thats not the p38 that you posted...thats the p08. This is what the real p38 looks like. The game is accurate.

luger and p38 are not the same gun
 

All of those skins including guarneres are just different Pistole 38 skins, or Walther P38, made in 1938. The Luger is the Pistole 08, made earlier in 1908, it has a totally different shape. Its not the same weapon, but its similar.
