any ideas on what to do to make it better?

Try something other than MSPaint there champ oOo:

Avoid solid color backgrounds, repeating images that are simpl mirrored. Randomly placed text is a bit odd. Coul dhave made the same image about 1/2 as wide with less repetition and plain color and it may have looked better. Text is also slightly blurred. As NOC said avoid Ms paint for making sigs.

Also mixing the soviat stuff with the nazi stuff is a bit off.

Whoa error city.... guess its off to bed, hope you can decode that.
