how do i?
 
how do i colour a gif
it will not let me,
photoshop wont let me chaange the file to jpg
i just need to change the colour of something

open a new file just plain.. copy and paste the pic into it and make sure its not locked

Yeah, take the gif, select all, copy & paste into a new blank canvas.

I think the mode when its gif is set to indexed color. Just change it to RBG and after that you can change to jpg.

No theres a way to do it, but I dont know how, it's like...

File > Import > .gif file > and I loose it after that.

1. make sure image is in RGB mode image>mode>rgb
2. copy image onto new canvas ctrl + a (for select all), then cut it...make a new canvas, and paste

should work after that
