Thats, right, we can enable a cheat ( GOD MODE ) on any server even if the server is running +set cheats 0

Ive tried a lot of server and the same result. This is shit, someone musta do something !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just finished a fix for this - need to post it somewhere. Its server-side only.
