I use PAINT and it comes with Windows already! Its ez to use too.

is it really that easy then if you would and if it aint much to ask could you send me an email and explain how to make an easy weapons skin i would be very thankfull if you could.

Paintshop Pro and Photoshop work the best.

well i have paintshop pro 7 well could you help me then if you want that is so i can try and make an easy weapon skin if you feel like helping me could you send an email then telling me how to do that please thanks allot already

just use photohop 7 i think it iz the best cuz u dont have to add layer mask and shit it dose it automatically
