Spearhead Problem
 

I for some reason can not figure out why people can not enter my games. I have 3 patches in my SH game. The 2.11, 2.15, and a SDK patch. Could it be the SDK patch? I took it out and re installed SH from scratch and still, my buddies cant join certain maps. Funny thing is that they are not custom maps. Anyone else have this problem? I am about to re install everything from scratch.

Not sure what the problem could be PB. Did you password the server? Do you have a firewall running that could be blocking them out? My guess is your firewall.

no firewall....we use direct connections for our games and open them to gay spy players. Most of us are thinking its the patch....Just found out 2 of my other buddies having the same problem.

If your running the patch (not the most recent one but the one before) they have to have it too. Are you sure they have it installed?

I think we solved the problem, finding it to be a SDK patch for SH. I had to re install everything, but it works now!

I have spear head but last time I layed it I didnt like it. Should I put it in or just keep it with AA? What do most of you do?

I like the weapons and some of the maps on SH. I use them both.........

I just play SH these days. But I've got a regular group that I play with. SH has good weapons and now the custom maps that are out are awesome.
