MAP Ideas
I think that the best 3 objective maps for MOHAA and SH could be altered to make them even better. Here are some ideas.
1. A night time V2 Rocket Facility... it should have been in the first place, whos going to attempt a mission like that in broad daylight? 2. Rain, thunder, etc on The Bridge... kind of like Gewitter but not so dark. 3. and The Hunt at sundown, with street lamps and some lighting... only starting to get dark... add some details like a radio in the church so its set up as a command post. What do you think? |
i like them all, but the hunt the least though, sorry, (actually i don't play that map much so i don't matter) but if anyone does do this can you please post the script or e-mail me it.. i've been trying to figure out how to change day to night and make it rain, i know people can do it but i can't seem to figure it out

Im not too crazy about the Hunt ideas either, I just made that one up. The one that I really want to see a lot is V2 at night, that would be great.

nice ideas but nobody in their right mind would try to do that. in order to just add light and a diff sky and rain you have to decompile the .bsp and convert it to a .map, lets just say the .map file isnt pretty after decompiling. ok so you got the basic .map file, now you have to add the rain, sky, and lights. and yet you still have to recompile the map, which will prolly take a few weeks on a "average" puter. nice ideas, wish i could do it, but untill the president of EA games knocks on my front door with the offical .map files, i think ill just wait it out. freak:
