Me personal thoughts... don't make llighting effects so obvious it really makes the sig look cheap. I know it's your first sig and when I first got into photoshop I was like that too :P So keep things subtle and it looks way better.

Still a very good try for 2nd timer.

Its pretty good, i assume you are practicing you lighting effects here...

If you wanted to use it as your sig ur gonna have to crop it alot happy:

I use PSP too, its not too bad actually, i can do most of the lighting effects on that sig on PSP,
