MOH: Spearhead?
 

Hi

Is Spearhead any good? I have AA and I am addicted to the MP function. My system isn't great but I can run AA pretty well, how much more does Spearhead demand from a system?

Spearhead demands a lot more of your system than AA does. If you run like 40 fps on your machine now, don't count on more than 25 fps with spearhead. Less, even, if you run 32 bit colours to disable the nice fog EA has implemented. When using 16 bit colours everything is sort of foggy, to enhance peformance.

Is it any good? Some people think it is, other people don't.

I don't. But get it anyway, and see for yourself. Don't buy it.

What are your system specs? I can tell you what to expect.

Ahh thats why I was dippin down to 60 fps. Usually I get 120 on AA. I was gonna go get a new vid card but I guess thats not needed.

I use all the settings all the way up bye the way.

Have any of you played sh with the new mods out. We just got a sh server last week and modded it up. It could be the best game I've played. Moving shooting tanks, bombing planes, tracer bullets, realism, and different types of cannons and big guns in select places. Mix in a few AA maps and its pretty sweet. Check out our 18 man server at Phoenix Force.

What mods do I need to play.

You really don't need any mods to play. All the mods I was refering to are on our server. Your blood patch should still work with SH. I'm not sure which others from aa will carry over though. I'm pretty sure if you have a custom site that will carry over also. Just make sure you have the latest patch. I believe its 2.15. Happy Fraggin. Oh and pay attention to those tanks and planes cause they will tear you up. lol

SH is a complete waste of money. It has so many glitches it accaully makes me sick playing it. There are just as many cheaters as counter strike. Multiplayer is the same exact thing as MOHAA which is already boring. SP is only about 2 hours long(5 with lag and other issues). Butt sliding. People disappear when behind something. No support from EA. MOH community are a bunch of the most immature 13 year olds on the planet.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS.
