The A+ certification is an entry level test for computers. Basically, if you take and pass this test, it says you are an "Entry Level" Computer Technician and most business's around the world look for it.

What part you taking? The OS or Hardware side?

They are not helping you here.Sorry pal I don't know anything about it.

I have to take both. It's required to take both the OS and core hardware parts to receive your A+ certification.
