CD burning help
ok i want to burn this file onto a cd but its 721 mb, its already been zipped. anyone know of a way i can shrink it down any more so that it will fit on a CD?
|
Well, you can try overburning. If that fails, let me know and we'll explore
other venues... |
Many files that you downl....er...buy, are over the 700mb threashold, but when you go to burn them the they always fit. Dunno why, maybe they contain a fair bit of instructions for the burning process. At least thats how the cue/bin files seem to work. If its a music cd, them you might need to remove a song or two.

You can try breaking it down into RAR files. Like put 350MB on 1 CD, and 350MB on another.
|
Or split it with File Splitter.

|
They exist, but are not compatible with all CD players/writers.
