I rate it 0 since I gave up on it! It's 5.5MB dude! No sane person's gonna wait for that thing to load.

I'm sure it's great, but it's just too damn big.

It indeed is very big but only took about 30 seconds to download here. Its worth the wait i think, it is a very good intro.

If you have a few minutes free definately have a look ;)

no offense but intros to websites are annoying and most people see it as an obstruction to your information

I'm a web usability specialist and I've read a ton of research on website design and functionality. Splash pages are a bad idea at the best of times. This 5.5MB download right off the bat will be perceived by visitors as a barrier to achieving their goal. In this case, their goal would be to find out more about your clan.

My advice would be to remove it and add it as a link on you clan's main page. That way, visitors are in control and may view the intro on their own time.

I agree with Zone and very well said cool:

the smarter thing to do would simply have 2 boxes at the bottom of the movie one that says "Watch Intro" and one that says "Skip Intro"

Most people now days included myself have DSL and do not mind watching an intro as it is something else to see since the internet has become a bore recently.

You'd be surprised how many 56Kers there are out there.

The Watch Movie/Skip Intro buttons would definitely be an improvement, but no splash screen is the best way to go regarding overall user satisfaction.

As alot of the poeple said here that the Intro was to long for the 56 kers
But for me it was very nicely done. The only thing was the blue going thru
your teams name could'nt read it other then that nice job.
