God no not a revival of that saying. It was beat out like a year or two ago 5 minutes after it had started. eek:

Let me break it down for ya bucky.

Those are american soldiers. They are currently sitting and standing in one of Saddam's palaces in Baghdad. Someone had the "creativity" to revive an old saying and adopting it to fit the current image. In this case the americans capturing Saddams palace.

I hope this explaination helps with the comedy factor.
