How do i run MOHAA Dedicated Server for Windows?

Hey, what's up guys. I don't own MOHAA but i run game servers for it, what do i need to download, and this is on Windows 2003 Net Enterprise Edition, what files do i need to download, and do i need to have a cdkey?

You need a retail version of MOH to run on the server, then you run the dedicated server .EXE file.
