need some help with skinning
 

i've made a skin, but when i tested it on a friends server we couldent see the skin. both of us had the skin and it didn't work except when we put "force models" on.
can anyone pls help me so others with the skin can see it without wearing it and have "force models" on?

turn off texture compression

make sure you put it in your mohaa/main folder

It's on the server too? Did you restart the server after uploading?

yes it was on the server, but it was my friens computer.
so he must restart his computer for installing a skin, and start the temporary server after that?
