this is my second sig, im still working on my l33t sigs, still mastering photoshop, anyone know of some programs that make cd figures/designs?

When making sigs,ALWAYS have the pics make sence...dont have like some dragion ball z guy and then put like a sniper pic in it. Also when making backround,make it look like a backround...dont have a picture of a machine gunner then as the backround have a portrait of him.... oOo:
