Spearhead Server
 

Is the dedicated server that you can add on to the spearhead expansion different from the one that comes with the original game? I mean, are there any added features aside from maps and players? Is everything set up the same way like with a config file and stuff?

I was just curious. I don't own spearhead but I was thinking about buying it. I like to host my own server and was wondering if they made it easier with spearhead.

Nah, I don't think there's much of a difference there. A couple small things they changed were the vote menus, map menus, health pickups and amount of health given, and they fixed SV_PURE with the new patch.
