Need to be posted in GD. Moh:Console is not the in-game console, is like frontline(console games) And for your question you can use a program like photoshop, paint shop to convert it to a .jpg.

Just use any paint program that you can use and save it as a jpg!!!!!

you dont need to spend money on it, i am sure there is a freeware program. go to http://www.download.com and search for TGA converter
