I'm guessing you mean MOH:AA, as Spearhead has the vote menu...

It's just: vote clientkick "PLAYERS_NAME"

Make sure the name is in quotes.

callvote kick player_name_goes_here

or even better use quotes because they work with ppl who have spaces in their name

callvote kick "Ugly Bob"

I've seen people call votes to disable weapons in spearhead... how do they do that?

if u want to do anything that has anything to do with a name in console make sure u put " " around the name
