A few questions.......
 

1: When running a server, how do you kick people with a space in there name? I can kick names without spaces, but if somebody has a space and i try to kick them it returns some computer talk giberish.

2: My servers never show up on Gamespoy, nor do they show up in the in-game server list. Players can connect via IP, but my server doesnt show up on the lists. And yes I do have 'Use GameSpy" checked.

3: How do I remove ammo from certain weapons? For example if i want to make my server a sniper only, or maybe no rockets, or maybe slappers only.

Thanks, I would apreciate it if anybody could answer any of these.

Sorry for bumbing this, but I need to know these answers as soon as possible. freak:

1) Use the client number, at least in Spearhead.
2) Don't know.
3) Download a server mod.

i know tha answer for #1, or at least i have an idea... i dunno the exact command but enter the person's name in quotes...
i.e. >> kick "My Name Has Spaces!"

well when i had a CS server you put a little % in place of the spaces, see i tht works.........

1) Use quotes (clientkick "Players Name")

2) Are you behind a Router/Firewall?

3) Do a search on the MMS section in this site for Cool Mods.

if you type STATUS in the console youll see all the players . theyll heve a number by their names. example...if you wanna kick the third guy on the list and hes got all kinds of spaces or whatever in his name....dont matter. you would just do this:

STATUS

get his number example 3

now type in CLIENTKICK 3


hit enter...HE GONE!!!


as for the mod....JUST MAKE ONE.
