Any way to RCON Spearhead Demo?
 

Trying to set up a Deicated Server for the Spearhead Demo. I would also like to mod the demo but there's no main file. Can either of these be done by a knowledgable programmer? biggrin:

Thanks for the well thought out reply. I own both Spearhead and MOHAA, but want to mod the demo for my fellow gamers. Please don't waste my time with half-witted, smart-ass answers.

ok wait u have sh but u want to run a server on the demo y would u want to do that??

As far as I know, I don't believe there is a dedicated server launcher for the SH demo, although I haven't played it in months. Your best bet might be to use the MP menu, and checkmark the "Dedicated Server" box.

Thanks for your reply. That's a simple thing that I overlooked. I know it's possible because I was on a dedicated FFA server the other day(On spearhead demo-no host). A fellow demo host told me he had installed autokick. I asked him how and got as much info as possible from him, but something obviuosly wasn't right because you supposedly can't set RCON without a main folder!
