Help with Power DVD

Firstly, Power DVD came with my computer and it worked fine. But then something went wrong and I called to "install everything, every program, and reinstall xp again. Then I installed Power DVD and it didn't work! This is exactly what it says when I try to play a DVD: (Tell me if any of you have bumped into this kind of problem)
Error Code: FFFFFFFF
Internal Error.
Details: The error is undefined. Contact powerdvd@gocyberlink.com. Please tell us how this internal error occurred in a detailed manner.
AND YES I ALREADY CONTACTED THEM TODAY.
And thats all the details it gave. I'm so mad I can't play my DVDs!!!

eek:

He never said he didn't have the full version, he probably does have the full version.

I would just try reinstalling it and see what happens.

I got it to work. Now I took some "camera shots" from a movie. Where do the shots go by default? What directory?

I'd reinstall, but do it MOH-style: Remove it, reboot, clean the registry, reboot, then reinstall. PS: Make sure you use Windows Update and have any critical fixes you need, as some pertain to DVD playback.
