Yes there are mods that edit the healthbar. But if you want to remove it totally then you have to edit the alpha channel and make it all black. If you want I could create the files for you and send. Send me a PM plz.

if you want it gone completely there is an easier way then messing with alphachannels. just edit the urc file.
