Need help on new map, sky is nothing but black!
 

Hi there, in order to finish my new map, i need to get rid of a problem...
My skybox is black. Just black. No texture failure or something, just black. Doesn't matter what skytexture I'm using. I tried the AA ones and the new ones. Could anyone of you mappers here give me a hint whats wrong? I'm using the SDK mad: MBuilder and SH. Yeah yeah, SH sucks I know. But I like it. So, any hints please??

First question is do you have the SH Level Editor plugin? If not SH will
%100 screw up your attempts to map the original mohaa. The next question, is this map for mohaa or sh?

you need to add light to your map. either a sun or ambient light

@ Cobra Commander: This map is for SH only. I dunno what you mean with a SH Level Editor Plugin. You mean the new entdefs.pk3? Or is it something else? I just downloaded the SDK from the official site. If you can't help me, no one can...

turn colour and texture depth to 32bit in the settings [spearhead], that'll fix it. and also, set a farplane in the entity window [in worldspawn], then you can change the colour of the fog that does appear when the depth is on. if you play any other maps in SH with 16bit colours then youll get a very close farplane

AMAZING! FAN-DAMN-TASTIC! It was the color depth. It was on 16bit. And I was wondering where this f***ing thick fog came from when I installed SH again with the 2.15 Patch. That solves 2 of my problems. Thank you very very much! So it wasn't a Radiant problem at all... oOo:
