need some help with exact settings in ps for skins..
 

ey ppl.. need help yet again.. :$ lol

in ps7 (photoshop 7) i need some help with masks.. i make a crosshair with a white bg.. then put in in a pk3 save it and go into a game.. but it shows the whole 16x16 image not just my crosshair.. and i cant get the masks working.. :( can anyone help?

and also.. how do i open .dds files? so i can make skins work with texture compression on.. thanx heaps guys :D

1. make the BG transparent. that should create a mask automatically in ps
2. there is a dds plug in you can get for ps
