FG42 Mod Bugs
 

If you click on the link below it'll bring you to a thread that has an fg42, sten, and bar to download. The only thing that is wrong with the fg42, besides the lack of muzzleflash, is that if you join someone else's game, choose the panzerschreck, and fire the game will freeze and close out. If you rename the tik file to mp44 so it replaces the stg44 everything works fine and their are no errors. But, I don't want to get rid of the stg44, I want it to replace the panzerschreck because I never use it anyway.

My question is does anyone know what could be making the game freeze when you join someone else's game. I tried editing some stuff inside the tik file, but then the fg42 doesn't fire any bullets. I know that I could just take it out when I go to join internet games, but I'd rather not have to do that everytime I switch from my own server to someone elses. Can anyone take a look at the file and fix the thing that is causing this problem?

There is a version which replaces the sniper rifles and leaves the tik files intact. That one might let you play on a non pure server.

Do you know where I could get that?
