I'm playing around with a couple of programs to automatcally restart a program when it stops or crashes, but these programs can't take parameters.

When this program is started by simply double clicking, what does it do?

moh_spearhead_server.exe

I was hoping that I could have it automatically call a server.cfg, but I can't find anything that works.

Clarification: I am aware of how to start a server with the + parameters. I am trying to find a way to have it autorestart when MOH crashes. None of the programs that I have found can pass the + parameters.
