Killing Spree Meassages in Console

Does any one know how to recreate the UT killing spree messages in MOH Spearhead - i saw one server using it - it was pretty cool.

ServerWatch does that.
along with recording player stats, map stats, and chat logs etc etc...

Sorry for being stupid i/ve located Sever Watch from Deep fried software - but do you know how to actually do this - an idiots guide for killing spree messages....

theres alot of tabs in file>setup
its in there.

Serverwatch has its own site/forum you'd get a better response from there
