Winter war skins/models/gears pack

- 6 finnish, 2 soviet player skins
- 4 new player models that are more or less developed from wintersoldier2.skd; e.g. a winter sniper with hood
- new gears: 2 fur hats, 1 soviet helmet, 1 soviet hat, mapcase, medipack, adjusted karclips, handgrenade with a hook, Molotov's coctail
- new weapon (axis): handgrenade with a hook

They look great!
Can just imagine making some great ninja style skins with that hood!
And make a Posty skin and add that medic bag as a postal workers bag.
