Hud/FPS Toggle Bind Menu.

I have made an addition to the Controls menu that allows you to easily bind keys to turn ON/OFF your Hud/FPS with the flick of a few keys. Works for AA and SH. Just goto your Controls Menu ingame and scroll to bottom.
