Those look great! Just downloaded and played 0.35e, love the stinger, already managed to shoot down an Apache, an A-10, and an AC-130 evil: I can't wait until this mod is completely finished! |

I never understand why when pimping models people post renders, the lrendering engines in game NEVER make the model look even half as good as the render so whats the point? U could model a turd and make it look amazing in a render, i just dont see the point when in game screens are obviously what the thing will actually look like.

What texture resolution are those models using for the render?

Also, how many textures? Is it just one texture? On a 1024x1024 map?

Custom cs models are normally in the 512x512 range. |
For the actual ingame texture, yes, but quite often the texture used on the render is much larger than the actual one used ingame.
