My First Model ---need help on skinning
 

Hey, i have been following a tutorial to making a model and skinning it. Here are the screenshots...

At a glance the skinning looks ok

BUT when i looked at the side rendering view, there are white patches...

Its my first model so it is not that detailed. How can I improve the skinning? Thanks
