hi guys. i was wondering if u could make a range finder that showed up on any scope. like if ya looked at something it would tell ya how far away it is.

it sounds like a good idea, but whats the point? maybe when throwing nades to see how long you gotta hold down your mouse button.....but you can hit whatever you put your crosshair on no matter howfar away as long as u shoot in bursts. Also, it wouldnt help with the sniper because whatever you got in your scope you can hit with accuracy.

Never is a big word. The game knows where you are located. The game knows where all other things are located (co-ordinates). All you have to do is program a HUD that displays co-ordinates, converting them to measurable units, and also displays the co-ordinates where the scope is aiming at.

i know the game inside and out like the back of my hand (very very good) and unless you modified the game heavily it could never be done with his engine biggrin:

(and yes im in busness class at school very bored lol)
