Its really good, but what I would change is: Take out the red behind the text, leave the text red, and easy up on the scanlines, by that I mean blur them more, or lower the opacity a bit. But its still quite good.

I prefer thinner scanlines, and the red doesn't look good, but you're onto a good start there.
