The U.S. is not being fair. Nothing gives them the right to put life-long-jail-sentences on Taliban fighers from Afghanistan. Most of these people have not fought the US or killed anybody, and even if you were againt the Taliban, what could you have done? You could have said Taliban sucks, of course, but some people prefer not being shot.

of course you remeber it was the attack on pearl harbor that catapulted the US into WW2..

Germany didn't pull the US into WWII, it was Japan.
