I have gotten that affect when not making sigs, just playing around, its like ALOT of filters! that i wont ever remember i would just do random filters

It takes Dreamsuite. Buy it at Kazaa, you can do that in 2 nanoseconds. Or if you want to be a Pro like White Rabbit, use his techniques.

It's not hard to get a similar effect with some image adjustments and stock filters in stock PS7.
