IRC question
hey, im sorta new to IRC and i was gonna set up a channel for my clan...is there any way to get a permanent channel without me having to be on and me still be an admin? i'd appreciate the help.

You have to get a bot from the mIRC server to operate on the channel. I think thats a service that needs to be payed for, but I'm not sure, I haven't done it.
