City Nights Weapon Problem

the city nights mod is great, and the guns look real sweet, but ive noticed that there is no recoil on the smgs and other weapons. it is fair if everyone has downloaded the mod and therefore everyone has no recoil, but then it evens up the playing action. People who suck with smg's are now doing good because of no recoil.

i dont think anything can be done since a version has already been released. I do like the mod so id appreaciate if people didnt start flaming on me hating city nights.

I know for a fact that the smg's have recoil, since Im the one that scripted them. they have the recoil of a thompson and an mp40 since I used the original tik's and edited them. Im pretty sure the mg's do too, but I havnt played a lot with them and I didn do those.

really? i was using the silenced mp5 and the axis 1 and i could swear the gun doesnt move hardly at all. I never had to pull my reticule down to keep accuracy.

There is recoil.

i didnt mess with the recoil on the mg's either. The BAR never had much recoil to begin with. If you dont think they have recoil try shooting with the scopes on.

i love everything u made guys. but i have a different problem.

i thought the weapon skins were serverside. but when i play like mohdm1, mohob1, or ne other maps not city_nights the weapon skins appear. any help here?

You need to download the city nights file, and place the .pk3 file into your main folder....the only noticable weapon error are the sniper rifles animations, which isn't that big of a deal.
